With a rapidly growing portfolio of in-licensed new drug products, Kye has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join a team of highly motivated professionals committed to building a growth-stage organization with start-up agility based on scientific and medical integrity. The Business Analyst is a dynamic individual who will be responsible for generating insights from internal and external data sources, building data pipelines, and supporting data driven decision making. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development departments.

 

This position reports directly to Commercial Lead, General Medicines & Business Operations.


Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, background, and qualifications. The compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000. The role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Kye Bonus Program.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing strategic recommendations based on data driven analyses.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the creation of data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
  • Provide operational support for business and sales teams, including CRM data management and process optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards and best practices across all functions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of Kye values.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management principles.
  • Exposure to data science workflows and machine learning use cases.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales operations processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps platform.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data packages (e.g. IQVIA)
