Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
12+ Months W2 contract role

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who is equally comfortable developing backend services, designing database solutions, and building modern web applications. They will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions while adhering to enterprise engineering standards.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and database design.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
