Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve intraday liquidity processes, workflows, and reporting.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and system design documentation.
Support project delivery for commercial banking initiatives, including risk management, cash management, and funding operations.
Participate in testing (UAT/SIT) to ensure systems and processes meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within current processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Treasury and Finance to support regulatory reporting, liquidity stress testing, and intraday cash forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
5+ years of business analysis experience in banking, with a focus on commercial banking, liquidity, or treasury operations.
Hands-on experience with intraday liquidity processes, cash management, or related financial instruments.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, Basel III liquidity requirements, and risk/compliance considerations.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with banking systems, reporting tools, and process improvement methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
