Job Description
Seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead civil/site land development projects across the state. This role will manage full project lifecycles from concept through approval, ensuring high-quality design, effective coordination, and timely delivery. Ideal candidates bring strong civil engineering fundamentals, New Jersey land development experience, and comfort communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver full civil/site land development projects, from planning to agency approvals
• Develop detailed site designs including stormwater systems, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment control plans
• Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, and technical engineering reports
• Navigate municipal and state permitting processes and prepare required regulatory documentation
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical questions, project status, and design coordination

Required Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of civil/site land development experience
• Professional engineering license (P.E.) in New Jersey or ability to obtain; E.I.T. required
• Demonstrated experience with New Jersey permitting, municipal approvals, and NJDEP processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or comparable stormwater design tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
• Detail-focused, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
