Senior Associate Financial Planner

Location: Tukwila, WA
Salary: $75,000–$83,000/year

Join a collaborative wealth management team where you'll work closely with experienced advisors, build long-term client relationships, and play a key role in delivering financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals.

You'll support and deliver comprehensive financial planning by preparing for client meetings, managing investment portfolios, conducting financial analysis, and helping clients implement personalized wealth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Financial Planners to prepare for and participate in client meetings.
  • Gather client data and prepare meeting agendas, financial planning documents, Investment Policy Statements, and asset allocation recommendations.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations and coordinate implementation of planning recommendations with outside professionals when needed.
  • Assist with trading, portfolio rebalancing, cash management, and tax-loss harvesting activities.
  • Deliver financial planning guidance to high-net-worth clients.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships while providing exceptional client service.
  • Help manage client portfolios alongside the Lead Financial Planner.
  • Support the Investment Committee with portfolio maintenance, model updates, trading, and account management.
  • Conduct investment fund research under the guidance of the Chief Investment Officer.
  • Coordinate portfolio reviews and help facilitate Investment Committee discussions.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or recognized equivalents).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CFP® certification or another relevant financial planning designation.
  • Strong financial analysis and investment knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the advisory team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
