Mandatory Qualifications:
- Between 4 and 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 4 -7 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience of managing a program budget with a minimum of $100 million.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in active management
of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting. - 1–5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- 1-2 years of experience working with technical teams, data analyst, integration partners, and leading technical discussions
- 4 - 5 years' experience with Agile development
and technical projects - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related field - Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
