Provide development services to maintain the platform by identifying requirements through input and feedback from the Client.
Provide maintenance services to ensure that the Cloud platform is maintained effectively and provides meets requirements for capacity and availability.
Attend meetings with the Client, to ensure alignment with the Clients requirements.
Agree and provide occasional out-of-hours support for the Client at the appropriate overtime rate for the FRT team location.
Provide support for the Client Customer Support team for escalated support tickets for the platform.
Agree and support release schedules for platform updates.
Maintain a backlog of requirements and activities and share these with the Client through regular review meetings.
The requirement for Python is small (a few hours per week) and should be delivered by one or more Full Stack engineers with reasonable experience with Python
Requirements
At least 4 years of working experience
Mandatory experience with the following technologies: JavaScript; Typescript; Vue.js; Node.js; Bigquery; Postgres databases; app engine
Experience with Python (data pipeline job scripts mostly)
Good to have experience with Google services, like pub/sub, etc.; Google Cloud; Heroku
