Engineering Intern

Technical resource to Depatie with primary responsibility to provide engineering capability to the product development process. This role will also serve in other technical capacities in support of the business success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Customer interaction
• Requirements development and management
• Mechanical design, analysis, troubleshooting, and review
• Test/verification planning, development, and execution
•  Drawing creation including 2D and 3D CAD (Solidworks)
•  Engineering documentation
• Building and testing prototypes and preproduction products.
• Lab infrastructure development and maintenance

Manufacturing support:

• Test fixture and assembly fixture development, support, documentation and maintenance.
• Engineering requirement documentation for the assembly function
• Develop processes, standard work documents, test procedures and control plans for manufacturing.

Other:

• Technical advisor to customers and Depatie sales.
• Lead cross functional teams and engineering team members as directed by manager.
• Other duties as necessitated by the business as directed by manager.

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills (English Required).
• Enrolled in Engineering or Related Degree Program
• Personable and Professional Attitude
