Top Tier Talent Group has partnered with a well respected, mid-sized electrical contractor supporting a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure-based projects across Western Canada.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager, working out of their Vancouver Office you will lead projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is well suited to a hands-on professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of project execution, financial performance, and client relationships.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will work closely with field teams, estimators, clients, and suppliers while providing strong leadership and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment.
• Manage change orders, progress billings, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
• Provide regular project and financial reporting to senior management.

What we're looking for

• Journeyman Electrician (Interprovincial) or Electrical Technologist Diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction and/or project management.
• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience with strong attention to detail.
• FSR-A or FSR-B certification considered an asset.
