Data analyst

LinHR is seeking a Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams with sales performance insights, Power BI dashboards, and financial reporting. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance to drive data-based decision-making.

This is an existing vacancy. Total Annually Salary range is 60,000 to 70,000 CAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze retail channel data (sell-through, pricing, inventory) from major partners.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and KPI tracking.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Excel).
• Track business metrics such as run-rate, variance-to-forecast, and profitability.
• Support invoice processing, budgeting, and internal financial approvals.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related.
• 3–5 years in data analytics or BI (retail or consumer electronics an asset).
• Advanced Excel; strong Power BI (DAX, modeling, dashboard design).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
