TITLE: Credit Administration Intern

DEPARTMENT: Credit Administration 

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our dynamic team for the 2026 summer season. This internship offers hands-on experience in credit risk assessment, loan documentation, and general credit operations within a dynamic financial services environment. As a Credit Administration Intern, you will support the team in a variety of administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to the management of commercial credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining credit files and loan documentation. 

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies. 

· Help with gathering and organizing data for credit analysis, including financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. 

· Assist in the preparation of credit proposals or reports for senior staff

· Support in updating and maintain the credit management system with accurate information. 

· Assist in generating periodic reports on the credit portfolio for internal review.

· Provide general administrative assistance to the credit administration team as needed.

· Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and learning from experienced professionals in the credit field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (junior or senior year preferred).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally within the financial services industry

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Duties are performed in a professional office environment.

SALARY & BENEFITS: 

The anticipated starting hourly wage for this position is $17.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
