Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: **$55-60K Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits**

Start Date: TBD (projected for October 2024)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Work Location: In-Office, San Antonio, TX (Remote Work Approved- applicant must reside in Texas)


Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects focused on the delivery of Private Wireless Networks and solutions including design, implementation, and handoff to support. This team member’s role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including project governance, financial tracking and analysis, partner contracting and management, application of standard project management processes and artifacts, risk management, process and methodology development and improvement. This individual must work collaboratively in a dynamic, face-paced environment and be able to proactively seek creative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

Duties Include:

  • Provide customers with a single point of contact for all project communications.
  • Project planning, including developing project objectives, developing work breakdown structures, developing schedules, identifying quality acceptance procedures and documenting a project plan.
  • Project implementation, including tracking and evaluating schedules, managing change control, coordinating the activities of all organizations involved in the implementation, issuing project reports and implementing project controls.
  • Overseeing and managing the overall installation process, including ordering (equipment and backhaul), RF engineering, infrastructure readiness and construction, installation, turn up, delivery to ongoing support and equipment and services invoicing.
  • Project completion and close-out, including obtaining customer agreement.

Qualifications:

(Required)

  • 2-3 years of experience managing programs and projects 
  • Strong experience in leading complex and concurrent endeavors (Agile and/or Waterfall Methodologies)
  • Ability to influence others and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver against critical deadlines.
  • Does not require direct supervision; able to take high level direction and proactively move a project or internal initiative from start to finish with minimal assistance.

(Preferred, but not required)

  • Telecommunications experience (Highly Recommended)
  • Industry project management certification such as PMP or CAPM
  • Experience within Cellular Technology, Radio Frequency, Regulatory and Construction
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Google docs.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as IoT, SDN, NFV, etc.
