As a Full-Time Trendsend Stylist with us, you will find joy in serving others and styling them in outfits that fit their body type, lifestyle and sense of style through our subscription service. 

Location: Evereve’s Fashion Warehouse Minnetonka, MN 

Role Expectations:

• Style Evereve customers using Trendsend’s online styling platform
• Efficient time management. Completing the work during the scheduled shift time. 
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on Evereve's main communication platform, Alpha
• Review, in detail, customer profile through the Trendsend stylist app
• Curate 6-8 pieces specific to your customer’s body type, lifestyle, and personal request
• Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product
• Partner with warehouse team members to add value, collaborate, and solve problems
• Mentor other stylists and assist in training
• Sales Driver. Practice consistent behavior skills to produce sales. Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan
• $180 SPB (Sales per Box)
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining expected Sales Per Box average
• Consistently delivers HEART and ensures that the Evereve Styling Experience is delivered to each and every customer

•  Availability to work 40 hours per week; primarily Monday through Friday and up to one weekend per month
• At least 6 months of styling experience. Preferably within an Evereve store, or at our Fashion Warehouse
• Proven results to meet current role expectations 
• Sales results that demonstrate mastery of the Evereve Styling Experience
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment
• Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants
• Forward-thinking, ready to solve problems, and an adaptable attitude
• Growth mindset; Trendsend is the newest and fastest-growing part of Evereve's business
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
