Technical Project Manager

Job Description: 

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders (developers, architects, 
  business analysts, etc.) to define requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the project team, ensuring they 
  have the necessary resources and support to overcome challenges.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change requests effectively.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation (personnel, budget, etc.) and 
  ensure efficient utilization.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage projects using Agile methodologies like 
  Scrum, ensuring smooth team collaboration and iterative development.
• Azure Expertise: Deep understanding of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), architecture, networking, security, and related technologies.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, 
  providing regular updates on project progress.

Required Skills: 

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing complex technical 
  projects, preferably in Azure and/or mobile environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Azure services, Mobile apps, architecture, and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a technical team.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
• Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) 
  and/or PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.

• Ability to work with solution architects, designers, engineers, and developers in a global delivery model
