Summary
Provides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients, with primary focus on Microsoft Azure. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients across Azure architecture, migration, governance, and security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs implementations of Azure-focused solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
Develops delivery standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations aligned to Azure engagements (e.g., Landing Zones, migration plans, as-built documentation).
Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine Azure services and solutions for client’s business requirements (IaaS and PaaS).
Leads customer workshops and design sessions to define target state and delivery approach (from design through implementation and support).
Designs and implements Cloud Adoption Framework-aligned approaches and Azure Landing Zones, including remediation of existing environments.
Plans and executes Azure migration efforts, including assessment, wave planning, and migration execution; advises on practical migration constraints (e.g., transfer duration expectations and when to consider data transfer alternatives).
Implements and operationalizes Azure governance/security foundations (policy-aligned configuration, monitoring/logging approach, and security baselines).
Implements security posture improvements leveraging Microsoft security capabilities (including Microsoft Defender), aligned to Zero Trust concepts (identity/device/access).
Supports Azure connectivity implementations as part of hybrid solutions (e.g., site-to-site VPN configuration work as required by engagement scope).
Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis clients for Azure and adjacent Microsoft technologies.
Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing Azure engagements.
Works with Logicalis clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning related to Azure and supporting Microsoft platforms.
Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities (e.g., reference implementations/automation patterns used in delivery).
Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills; builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization’s values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

Education/Experience//Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
8+ years of experience including design, consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated experience with Azure architecture and cloud adoption practices, including Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Landing Zones.
Demonstrated experience with Azure migrations (assessment and execution), including realistic planning for large workloads and data movement constraints.
Experience delivering modernization initiatives across IaaS and PaaS.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory/Azure AD), including secure authentication and access controls for Microsoft 365 and Azure resources (e.g., MFA, lifecycle governance, and privileged access management as applicable).
Experience implementing security posture improvements aligned to Zero Trust principles, including identity and access controls and Microsoft Defender capabilities.
Strong technical documentation skills (designs, implementation plans, as-built documentation, and knowledge transfer).
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Additional Microsoft cloud/security certifications are a plus

Salary Compensation Range: $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus
