Do you describe yourself as a data ninja, spreadsheet guru, numbers whiz, metrics maverick? If yes then this is the job for you. You will be the primary data analyst for Grubhub’s Corporate team which is responsible for Grubhub’s B2B business. We are looking for a data whisperer to organize all of our data, design every dashboard, and figure out what’s going on when trends change. You will be handed tough problems with limited context and will need to ask smart questions and move things forward with little additional direction. Our ideal candidate is scrappy, flexible, optimistic, and willing to knock down walls to get things done.
The Impact You Will Make
Organize large, messy data sets to get the complete picture of what is happening in the business
Design and build dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and other GTM tools for all levels of stakeholders from front-line sales reps and account managers up through the Grubhub Exec Team
Derive insights that guide stakeholders
Identify trends and shifts in customer behavior related to the release of new programs and products, and make recommendations for improving retention and driving growth
Analyze performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns (acquisition, product marketing, CRM) to develop strategic insights informing marketing investments and optimizations
Drive ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Care

What You Bring to the Table
Strong technical analytical skills - advanced SQL (building the architectural framework, not just querying data), Excel, Tableau or similar data visualization tool, Salesforce reports & dashboards
Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, summarize, and communicate important data
Ability to solve ambiguous problems and make sense of complex and interconnected systems
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals and constant change
2-4 years of experience in an analytical role; start-up, e-commerce, or technology background preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field preferred
Chicago: $86,500- $103,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
