ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Senior CRM Consultant – Microsoft 365 CRM (Azure). This role will be mostly remote but could require travel to Edmonton.

ROLE:  Senior CRM Consultant – Microsoft 365 CRM (Azure)

The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas: 

MANDATORY:
 
  • Technical Expertise
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Azure environments.
    • Deep knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys components.
    • Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with CRM.
    • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics cloud CRM data model.
    • Knowledge of Logic Apps as an integration tool is beneficial.
    • Has demonstrated senior technical leadership roles with MS Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud initiatives.
    • Preference to candidates with relevant Microsoft CRM certifications.
  • Functional Skills
    • Ability to analyze business processes and design CRM solutions that align with goals.
    • Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending CRM functionalities.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Azure services related to CRM deployments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practice in CRM environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Solution Design & Advisory
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys modules.
    • Provide strategic and technical advice for CRM solution architecture, integrations, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Power Platform Integration
    • Design and implement Power Platform automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages) integrated with CRM.
    • Develop workflows, business process flows, and custom connectors to enhance CRM functionality.
    • Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, guiding them through complex CRM challenges.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to upskill team members.
    • Promote adoption of CRM capabilities and Power Platform tools across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current with Microsoft CRM and Power Platform updates, Azure capabilities, and industry trends.
    • Recommend enhancements to improve customer engagement, data insights, and operational efficiency.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
