• Salaried: $65 -75 per hour.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $75 -85 per hour.

• Full -time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• In -office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
• Leads sessions with the business to gather requirements and get sign -off.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Produces and maintains Business Requirement Document (BRD), source to target mappings (STM), and other documentation.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Ensures the data asset delivered by the project team meets business requirements.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Liaises with stakeholders and various technical teams to ensure alignment.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Performs data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Leads user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with business users and obtains sign -off.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Reports to the Lead Data Analyst within the GWAM Data Office/Engineering team.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Collaborates across teams to ensure solutions align with the organization’s data strategy and deliver business value.

<\/div>
What you will need to succeed:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• 7+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in capital markets, finance, or wealth management.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• +3 years of experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience with master data management, data integration, and building or enhancing data warehouses or data lakes in Big Data environments.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Familiarity with data models and data warehouses, with the ability to contribute to data modeling.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience with data ingestion and end -to -end curation for requirement gathering.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling to analyze and validate data.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Demonstrated ability to deliver data documentation artifacts within project timelines.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience with major trading platforms and performance management systems including Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, and Calypso.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Working experience with GenAI is considered an asset.
<\/div>
