Internship Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to learn within a world-class facility. Interns will gain exposure to all facets of landscape and grounds maintenance.
Key Learning Highlights Include:
- Chemical and fertilizer application and equipment calibration
- Seasonal flower and landscape plantings
- Maintenance of ornamental landscape beds
- Design and installation of decorative planters
- Integrated pest management practices
- Water management and irrigation support
- Pruning and plant health care
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited horticulture program or related field
Experience Requirements
- Prior horticulture or landscape experience is preferred but not required
Physical & Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for 8–10 hours per day
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a team environment
