On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Equality Street is looking for a <\/span>Business Analyst, Salesforce <\/span><\/b>to support Client’s Marketing Technology team. <\/span><\/span>

<\/p>This is a 1 -year contract role, with possible extension. Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid, 4 days per week on -site is required.)<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span>
<\/p>Responsibilities – the role will include, but not limited to the following:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Work and collaborate with various teams (internal and external) working on incoming requests to MarTech<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop plans and collect estimates for completion of requirements<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage and document risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to stakeholders<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners to facilitate decision making, scope confirmation and acceptance of user stories<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare user guides and presentations for new and existing system capabilities keeping all documentation up -to -date<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 3+ years of experience as a BA/BSA<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proven ability to gather Business and Systems requirements independently, having strong business analysis and systems analysis skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in Requirements analysis and quality documentation: Use Cases, Data Requirements, Business Rules Analysis, Non -Functional Requirements, User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping, Wireframes, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail. Experience working on large projects.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication skills required; will be working with business stakeholders and IT stakeholders<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (minimum)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience on Salesforce technologies (Sales cloud, Marketing cloud) will be an advantage<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong Written and Oral Communications skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience and Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage<\/span>
