You help drive knowledge of technology and mentor the store team. A Pro helps to grow Apple’s business community and is highly skilled at presenting effective business solutions.
Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.\\n\\nBe knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.\\n\\nMentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, making sure leaders and team members are kept up to date to deliver excellent customer service.\\n\\nMaintain accuracy and follow guidance.\\n\\nPerform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.\\n\\nContribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.\\n\\nDemonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
