Must haves:
<\/p>

  • Minimum 5\-7 years’ business analyst experience within electronic health\-related projects, ideally with experience with clinical software systems  
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with and knowledge of Business Analyst concepts 
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills 
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Time Management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaboration, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everybody works together effectively, this also involves conflict resolution     
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Immunization workflows and associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals and health records 
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Past experience with jurisdictional public health programs (example: Immunizations)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs in Matrix organizational environments
    <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

    Responsibilities:
    <\/p>

    • The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for the support and analytical activities related to Provincial Client Registry (PCR), Monitoring and Control Application (MCTA), Provincial Consent Override Interface (PCOI) and Consent Management Technology Asset (CMTA). 
      <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

      Desired Skills:
      <\/p>

      • College\/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience – desired
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Knowledge of pharmacy and\/ or immunization workflows 
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with health system business implementation and deployment projects
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience in liaising with customers\/stakeholders where customer service was a key focus to responding to queries, issues\/risk management, etc. 
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience operating in highly political environments and across various organizational cultures 
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Working knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes – Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA), Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and associated Health Information Custodian (HIC) requirements

        Evaluation Criteria:  
        <\/p>

        • Minimum 5\-8 years’ experience project managing electronic health\-related projects, ideally with experience deploying clinical software systems.: 20 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Minimum 5\-8 years’ experience with health system business requirements definition and implementation.: 15 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience with Healthcare Information Systems and data workflows.: 15 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience with immunization data, pharmacy workflows and\/or associated business processes within hospitals, patient admissions and health records.: 15 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating strength in presentation skills, verbal, written, active listening, conflict resolution and stress tolerance.: 15 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Knowledge of client identification types (ex. Ontario Immunization ID (OIID) and\/or Provincial Client Registry).: 10 Points
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Experience with provincial support models and requirements gathering .: 10 Points
          <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

           
          <\/p>

          Deliverables Include, but are not limited to:
          <\/p>

          • Contribute towards the Integrated Project Plan reflecting the timelines and deliverables
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Define requirements for the PCR, MCTA, PCOI and CMTA integration with the Immunization Registry
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Define requirements for enhancement of PCOI interfaces to accept override on IR consent directives
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Define requirements for PCR, MCTA, PCOI and CMTA support model 
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Define requirements for THOR reports on IR data disclosure and operational reports
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Define requirements for implementing MCTA reports on IR FHIR API 
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Document process to integrate Ontario Immunization ID (OIID) into the Provincial Client Registry and remediate data quality issues
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Document process for leveraging the EHR consent and override methodology within the IR
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Contribute to \/ participate in working groups related to PCR, MCTA, PCOI and CMTA 
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Provide migration related documentation as part of Knowledge transfer
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Consult and collaborate with Ontario Health’s Remedy SMEs prior to making any important design and build decisions
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Complete all knowledge transfer four weeks before the end of the contract. Knowledge transfer must be signed off by Ontario Health manager
