**Please note this position is full-time in office in NYC**

As the Project Manager for Revenue Operations, you will be pivotal in driving initiatives that enhance our revenue streams, optimize operational processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, and implement best practices and changes in operational processes. Your role will involve managing key initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects focused on revenue growth and operational efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Operationalize Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine operational processes for revenue strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and legal teams to drive continuous improvement in revenue operations and overall revenue strategies. Support escalations from key stakeholders to quickly solve problems and suggest improvements to minimize future escalated issues.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on project status and operational insights to leadership. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to support revenue goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, revenue operations, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving results.

Compensation:  

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $113,900 - $126,500; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
