We're Hiring: Project Manager – Restoration | Calgary, AB

We’re working with a national, independently owned restoration firm that’s rapidly growing and building a strong reputation across Canada. Their Calgary branch is now hiring an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join their team and help lead complex property loss projects from start to finish.

Please note: This is not an IT role. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction or restoration industry to be considered.

About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a range of emergency response and rebuild projects related to water, fire, and storm damage. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, insurance adjusters, and trades — ensuring restoration work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end restoration projects: emergency response, mitigation, estimating, rebuild
  • Coordinating with insurance adjusters, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal crews
  • Creating and managing scopes of work, documentation, and job files
  • Leading and motivating crews to stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
  • Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and building standards
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in restoration, insurance claims, or construction project management
  • Strong working knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection, and related platforms
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, customer-first attitude during high-stress situations
