ITnova is seeking a Project Manager to manage and support the design, development, and deployment of the new Project Delivery System (PDS). The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in the delivery of enterprise hardware/IT/software systems, demonstrated experience in the design and deployment of PMIS for transportation agencies, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on aggressive timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support various Engineering Department (ENG) platforms and acts as the department's liaison.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external developers, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15 years’ experience managing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level IT, hardware, or software systems preferably for large public transportation system.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs on aggressive schedules
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage vendors, and oversee system integrations.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for large-scale enterprise systems or PMIS.

 

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification
  • Prior experience implementing or managing systems built on the Kahua PMIS platform
  • Experience working with Port Authority systems and project delivery frameworks
