 Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Support Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, develop organizational skills, and learn about the daily operations of a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist with general office duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and answering phone calls. 
  • Turn paper documents into digital copy using scanning equipment. 
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Perform activities in multiple talent acquisition/ human resources areas.
  • Support various TA/HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members on assignments and contribute to team goals.

Requirements: 

  • Experience with Microsoft office and AI agents (Chat GTP/Perplexity)
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to accept feedback.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thoroughly complete forms.
  • Ability to file alphabetically.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Successful background check. 

 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • College student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or Business Administration.
