Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst (BRM) supports the Territorial Data Warehouse and serve as a key bridge between business needs and IT/Data solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage relationships between IT and business teams related to reporting and analytics.

  • Gather business requirements for data migration and data mapping activities.

  • Support analysis and mapping of source data to the Territorial Data Warehouse data models.

  • Produce detailed data mapping matrices for reporting and integration needs.

  • Assist with data extraction, conversion, integration, and validation activities.

  • Support data quality benchmarking, assessment, and improvement efforts.

  • Contribute to data governance initiatives, collaborating closely with Data Stewards.

  • Help define reporting and analytics outputs that are clear, consumable, and aligned with business needs.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and business data insights.

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in data quality, data migration, and data integration.

  • 2–3 years of experience supporting or implementing data governance frameworks.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.

  • Experience working in complex multi‑system environments and large transformation projects.

  • Comfortable working within Agile project teams and cross‑functional delivery groups.

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
