Business Analyst

The successful applicant is responsible for optimizing and modernizing processes, reporting, data integrity, and testing to maximize the efficiency of our current operating systems.

• Configure, manage, maintain, and continuously improve business applications 
• Ensure that all applicable system features and functionality are leveraged
• Work closely with Corporate IT to help ensure integrity, performance, accessibility, and system functionality
• In-house, first level support to resolve application or data issues
• Provide insight to business through reporting and data visualizations
• Provide process automation solutions through the use of power automate workflows or development of CoPilot AI Agents
• Work closely with other areas within the business to support system functionality and optimize business processes

• Undergraduate Degree preferred
• 2-5 years work experience in a business environment
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI or Tableau considered an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or CoPilot agents considered an asset
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and pivot from one initiative to the next
• Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
• Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset
