  • Partner with teams to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design automation opportunities that make work smoother, smarter, and more rewarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure every voice is heard, making change a process that builds trust, engagement, and ownership.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets using a variety of data tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Python, and GPT-based technologies.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials, and visual process maps that make adoption intuitive and sustainable.
  • Develop and support “super users” across departments, confident champions who model success and help others embrace new tools.
  • Monitor outcomes, measure results, and report progress to senior management to demonstrate impact and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay curious and forward-thinking, sharing fresh insights that enhance our organization’s digital capability and keep innovation moving.

  • Experience leading complex quantitative research projects in either an academic or professional environment.
  • Comfort with or interest in automation tools, Python scripting, or low-code platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical concepts to non-subject matter experts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use VBA coding, and build Macros, are considered a strong asset.
  • Experienced using various dashboard technologies, including Power Bi & Tableau, is considered an asset.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others grow their digital confidence.
  • A continuous learning mindset, ready to experiment, adapt, and evolve with new tools and ideas.
