About the Role:
Reporting jointly to the President and the Chief Operating Officer, the AI Data Analyst will be a key driver of data-informed decision making across Shiplake Properties' apartment and retirement businesses.
This role is strategic and high impact: you will develop and implement robust and scalable analyses, including monitoring and updating the firm’s proprietary pricing model, developing tools for competitive analysis, and automating internal workflows and processes. Your insights will directly influence key business and strategic decisions across the organization.
This diverse and dynamic role provides the opportunity to expand into enterprise-wide analysis across a wide range of business questions, while initially focusing on pricing, competitive intelligence, reporting, and automation.
This is a 4-day per week in-office role, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Package: $105,000 - $125,000 CAD annually + discretionary bonus eligibility.
The above is our target compensation range for this role. Compensation is determined by your individual experience, skills, education, and other organizational needs.
